Characters are misaligned during four-play sex animations

I updated to the latest versions of four-play and four-play vanilla fudge, and now my player character and the NPC she is having sex with are misaligned?

 

Did I break something by updating FP?

 

Should I reinstall Leito's sex animations?

Off-topic, but how does vanilla fudge bed functionality work?

You need Four-Play Community Patch too. It's essential. Alignment will be much better than four-play 0.8.2 which is 3 months old and the community patch adds a lot of new features, including bed use. Even if it's misaligned (due to collision with furniture etc, you can now easily realign it by pressing Numpad 3 twice)

 

There's no such thing as Vanilla Fudge bed functionality. It's a Four-Play feature added by the Community Patch. You will be asked whether to use bed if there's a bed nearby.

Ok, thanks, is there a new version of the FP community patch? It's been several months since I've last played Fallout 4, so I'm guessing my version is obsolete.

Whenever using a bed to have sex with my companion, it says that F4SE isn't installed properly because it's scripts folder is missing, and four-play stripping and strap-on functionality will not work.

 

When the bed sex scene begins, my companion is fully clothed and my character is invisible.

Yeah, reinstall F4SE using their installer. Make sure you have actor.pex in Data > Scripts 

 

Without F4SE, stripping won't work.

 

Your character being invisible is probably due to clipping. Make sure when the sex scene is initializing and going into third person, you rotate the view a bit so that both actors are visible (you should have one or two seconds to do this before the game goes into fly cam)

Yeah, reinstall F4SE using their installer. Make sure you have actor.pex in Data > Scripts 

 

Without F4SE, stripping won't work.

Yeah, I use it myself and Expired is one of the best modders out there and has years of reputation within the community. Anti-viruses give wrong warnings all the time: this I would suspect is because the F4SE dll is sort of 'hacking' into FO4 and reverse-engineering the game , which is the whole point of F4Se.

 

Would depend on your anti-virus, but normally when it tells you about a suspicious file been quarantined, there will a 'More Details' option where there would be an option to not block the file.
