Runtime's file is only downloadable through a 3rd party download system that is not only not trustworthy, but unusable do to it being in another language. If you could just provide the files needed as extra files to download from this single page, that'd be loads more helpful then sending people off to scavenge 4 separate websites in different languages. Especially considering 2 of the links no longer seem to work.
