Random crash on inventory or travelling

Hello! I have recently returned to skyrim, which I ... decided to mod quite a bit right as I stopped playing (around 230 mods running, most of them merely armours or visuals) and I have noticed that my game will randomly CTD while either viewing my inventory, sorting my items, or while travelling. Needless to say I use a few NSFW mods from the community, but I highly doubt they are the cause of the issue. I have tried checking my logs after every crash, but I do not have the know-how to actually pin point the reason of aforementioned crashes.

 

Sometimes the log will just stop saying that it failed to apply an effect to an unregistered creature, or merely doing something absolutely random, which is why I decided to start this post in search of much needed help. If someone can somehow help me, or enlighten me on the matter, that would be very useful! and much appreciated!

How much crap do you have in your inventory and how much of that is clothing and high poly items? Have you tried dumping any of it into a chest or something and see if that fixes. Only time I had crashes while searching through the inventory was because I had a ton of high poly clothing in there and searching through it would cause me to crash after awhile but throwing a bunch of them into a chest stopped it. It also happened while crafting as well because there were a lot of high poly clothing in there.

Actually not much, my saves are pretty recent (under 5 hours of gameplay) and I got rid of some items, it seems to have fixed the issue, however I crashed again after entering a new zone and browsing the surrounding area for about 5 minutes, rather puzzling if I must say.
