Large empty Village/City Mod

So I do make recourses (mainly organic) for mods, but do not do work in this related field. This is pretty much my first time posting a request.

 

a large city/village mod that would also rely on another mod for those interested in making one to populate, add quests, decorate, mod compatibility, and optional multi SexLab mod incorporation.

 

Hmm... maybe I can make some constructs myself with this and Zbrush instead of learning how to make constructs in 3ds Max. If some of you can link some good tutorials, I can try giving a crack at building and landscape editing. That's something I'm only familiar with in UE4. Or if someone else is willing to do it and borrow textures from another mod, I can make some building meshes for this future project.

The only thing I know of similar to what you want is Blackthorn, a buildable town.  You might be able to extend this mod to do what you want.

Looks interesting, but want something more high class. Like a fortess and castle style like buildings.
