I would say that the definition of skimpy clothes would be Tera, from the Tera MMO... a search at the Nexus will show for most body types. Here is for the CBBE bodytype.

Yeah you could combine alot of cool stuff, like the Tera armors mentioned above or the Amazing World of Bikini Armors with some robe like the Firekeepers. Make some nice lightly armored spellsword
