boo Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 It's bad weighting in the mesh. You'd need to edit the mesh weights in that area, presumably to only be on the head rather than the neck / spine.

boo Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 I think outfit studio lets you do weight painting, though I haven't done it myself.
