Does the "Perk Every Level" mod work with the Ultimate Edition of NV?

So I finally bought New Vegas during the Steam Summer Sale, and since it was so cheap I went ahead and sprang for the ultimate addition (all DLC's, preorder bonuses.)

 

My question concerns the oft-used 'Perk Every Level' mod http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34707

 

The mod seems to have been abandoned by its creator and others are reporting problems, so I'm hoping someone here at LL can tell me if the mod still works with the Ultimate Edition, which raises the level cap from 30 to 50. (I mention this specifically because the mod info page states that it will conflict with any level-raising mods - I'm afraid that the increased level cap will fall under that category.)

I currently use the XFO Perk Every Level-Two Perks Per Level mod and it works fine.

Yes it does; I've been using it for weeks now.

Works fine. I was using until I installed Project Nevada which had its own Perk per Level setting.
