animations won't play

I have all the required stuff, FNIS, SKSE, etc, and when I initiate sex, no animations will play, this is what happens when I do.

The most common cause for this is because you installed FNIS but didn't run GenerateFNISForUsers.exe in the Data\tools folder. This needs to be done every time you add or remove a mod that features animations.

I have a very similar problem - the animation will not start.

The characters will take up the starting positions around the bed, they'll get off the dress, but end up in that position:

The animation will not be visible, the control is blocked, but after a time corresponding to the length of the animation, the controls are unlocked, the characters are dressed again, and the game "normally" goes on.

"Arousal" is recalculated and changed, but "Sex journal" of the Sexlab Framework is not recalculated and not changed.

What's important, however, is that in about every tenth attempt, animation is normal, animation and stage control works, character positioning and other activities are possible - and changes are made in the "Sex Journal", too.

When attempting a "series" behavior is unpredictable. After an unsuccessful attempt, it may succeed, and after a successful attempt again it is unsuccessful. The "Triple" is generally more successful than "pair" animation , the animation tarted in averaged every third attempt.
In all unsuccessful situations, the situation is the same - the player's character is in the air above the "zero" level.

Hm, sounds strange. Although i'm not really sure because it either should work always or never, try the most often reasons:

1. Run FNIS. If it shows any errors or warnings, fix them.

2. Reinstall xpmse.

 

If that doesn't help, which mods do you use to trigger sex? Did you try it without beds? Post a load order and Papyrus log.

Your save is screwed. Don't expect any mod keeps working, with that mess a lot of them will stop working sooner or later.

Start a new game and don't uninstall mods once they are in your save, that's the only advice i can offer.

You can load a save before you've installed any mods the first time. Maybe some time later, but... you might spend another 700 hours to figure out which one is working.

No way in this dirrection. My oldest stored position has a number of 250: Log 250 - Pako_II Breezehome 106.41.18.ess - is from May 2015 and is full of plug-ins (~ 220?).

Problems possibly started after I update Sexlab Framework,  XP32 skeleton and some other associated plugins in may17.  Its simply unpleasant/terrible. annoyanced.

I try to start a new character, but it seems that the bug persists ... Log later.

Im having a few issues, most ones revolving around some animations, i can get some animations to play, but others will refuse to work (for exsample, i can lewd a troll but not a wolf) and to clarify, its not really an animation issue, but the spells i think.

 

As lets say with the wolf, i can try to use spells to lewd it, but they will fail and have no effect, not even starting any sort of "set up", mean while with the troll i can use the spell and it will work, animations play, no bugs ore glitches, i have checked my loaded animations and what not, and there are enables animations for the wolf and i have enabled animals for sexlab, so everything looks like its in working order, im going to continue to trouble shoot for now.

 

and on a small side not, animal penises are bugged, mostly the elk (there are probably more i just havent noticed them yet) and the wolf, the elks dong is glued to the floor and the wolfs is always erect and when the wolf dies the dong colides with the wolf causing it to spase out. maybe its a bug on Animal SOS or ABC (Animated Beast Cocks), regardless send me something that you think may help. 

 

(i am aware ASOS and ABC dont work kind together, but there where a few combatibility patches and they seep to work, the trolls dong works just fine, so my best guess is that maybe some animals just need a bit of tweeking.)

Did you ever find a fix? Considering it was posted a year ago i was hoping you did cause i have the same problems, most creature animations start without problem but with some they dont even want to set up, as if the animations werent enabled meanwhile they are both enabled, registered, and FNIS was ran and all that stuff.
