C5Kev Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 I've never used Outfit Studio, so... I'm doing a run-through with PSQ. I have the Daedric Chainmail armor, but want to use only the pauldrons. So I opened the "-1.nif " in Outfit Studio, deleted the body suit, imported a UNP HDT reference body, loaded my preset and exported the nif with a reference. Did the same for the lower weight nif. That seemed to work, except that my RaceMenu morphs don't work now. Considering I have no idea what I'm doing, could someone provide a quick "how to" as to what to do? Any assistance is surely appreciated!
BringtheNoise Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 You will need to do the following (if you are using a UNP UUNP body type). 1. load UUNP or UUNP HDT as the reference. 2. load the _1.nif of the outfit in question. 3. delete the base body (or any other meshes you want gone) until you have only the reference shape and the pauldron's. 4. conform to all sliders. 5. Save project as... make sure the output file name and path are correct, as well as the high low option and copy reference shape into out are checked. 6. Load the project in bodyslide, check the box down by batch build that says "Build Morphs" and build the outfit like you did your other outfits (ie your preset or if you use in game manipulation of the body then the "zero sliders" preset). 7. Go into game and see if it does what you want it to do. Note: In game body morph's are controlled by SKSE, Racemenu, and the Tri files for the outfit (tri file is generated by bodyslide when the "Build Morphs" box is checked). So to have the body shape adjustable in game you need to build a bodyslide package and use that to build the outfit with a .tri file.
