How does a dummy hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml look like?

Heyho,
I need a dummy file of the HDT PE preset xml "hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml".
 

I run HDT PE and HDT SMP at the same time, HDT SMP for body physics and HDT PE for some physics of accessoires (ankle chains, ...) so I want to deactivate the influence of HDT PE on the body.

When I just delete the hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml, PE throws a shitload of error messages, same when the file is just empty. The question now is: what must be within this file so HDT PE does not influence the body anymore but doesn't throw error messages either?

I just took the hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml I'm using in my game and deleted all the constraints and all the rigidbody entries with JFF.

This is the resulting skeleton file.

I never used JFF, that's why I didn't came up with that idea by my own
