Crashes and more crashes

My Fallout keeps crashing just before the title screen and I have no idea why. I think it's probably because of the Sexout mods

1: If you haven't done so. Sort your loadorder with LOOT and look at errors and warnings.

2: you have too many plugins. 135 is recommended, above 139 and you get weird plugin behavior, including crashes. You have 166.

3: I think you are only supposed to have 1 of these.

4: Isn't this one an incorrectly installed SexoutCommonResources asset: MantisZeroSuit_ForNV.esp=1

5: You have a couple of companion related plugins. Perhaps JIP's Command and Control can replace those.

6: This tool should also work on Fallount New Vegas: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69905/? ... You can use it to merge your weapon mods together. and make a second merge with a lot of outfits and other stuff.

7: With all the script-mods you have, you might want to skip NVStripOpen.esm=1... or make sure that your questmods have their NVStripOpen-fixes installed.
