Permanently losing health and stamina.

I just started a new modded play through of skyrim. I've noticed that about every time I fast travel, sleep, wait, or sometimes when opening containers my person will permanently lose health and stamina is depleted instantly,(until death) . I don't know what is causing it. I've looked on many threads but a lot of it doesn't deal with only health and stamina. 

 

Load order is the file below. (I'm kinda new to modding so bare that in mind if there are conflicts I may be unaware of).

Have you sorted your load order using LOOT https://loot.github.io/, if not do it first, then run ur game, also when ur stamina and health drain, bring up ur magic menu, select the far right tab, it will tell u if any effect are taking place on ur toon, if it shows nothing, then look towards any vamp or disease mods u may have.

I have ran LOOT, yes. There are no ill effects in the magic menu. I've checked those early into my investigation. I don't have any Vamp mods. I have realistic needs and diseases.

ok, what is the immersive needs esp in ur load order, and what RND mod are u using the original by perseid9, or the newer 2.0 by CrEaToXx. looking through your load order, i do not see anything that would conflict, some of  the esp's i cant identify, but if i come across something i will post it

 

Forgot to ask, does it glitch on a new game, save or both?

u might have some orphaned scripts from a mod that are active when u play skyrim, try this mod, it may clean your save so u do not have to delete the save,  save cleaner, since u are new, please read any and all install instructions, compatibility issues, and date mod was made and updated  about the mods u download, Nexus dated below title, here on LL on the download page right side

Dumping http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/60270/? seemed to fix it. Also starting a new game does. I believe it was that mod and loose scripts from that mod. Thanks!
