Mods like Sexlab Sexlife and Scent of Sex never work for me.

I've been seeing this pattern lately with mods i've tried to install that are about Creating conditions/circumstances for NPC-NPC sexlab interaction never workign for me.

 

Both Sexlab Sexlife and Scent of Sex are very similar in function but oddly always fail.

 

For example, sexlab sexlife will scan area every 5 seconds (i have it debug to screen) and it'll debug and say "actor 1: ____ actor 2:_____" meaning it inditified 2 npcs that are supposed to interact. And with all conditions met it will just get stuck and not play the approach animation until finally it instead plays the "matrix genderfail" approach animation which is basically the failed approach animation.

 

I'm suspecting it means the successful approach animation is just constantly timing out.

I gave up on Scent of Sex because it rarely worked for me, then developed a bug that the mod author wasn't interested in. Sexlife works perfectly for me though, and it's far less complex to use.

 

Do you have Sexlab Aroused Redux installed?
