Guys please help (. I can't find the Vinfamy's Control Panel in the Apparel. What to do?

Did you try reinstalling the control panel mod?

Vimfamy makes really good mods and they are usually bug free.

I had it happen to me on a play-through, but doubtful it was the mod's fault...  I installed it mid swing along with other FP mods, on a dated version of F4SE (the one that had the hotkeys issue) and I never got either of the apparel pieces.  I updated F4SE which fixed the hotkeys issue, but still never got the apparel pieces.  The quests were registered and running - so I just consoled them to myself.  Working as intended now.
