"Dongs..." adds something like this when selecting a male actor for adjusting the schlong during sex (hitting the "home" key to select the male actor for adjusting).  I don't think it's supposed to be persistent, and shouldn't happen outside of a fourplay sex scene.  Again, not sure if Dong is the actual problem, just noticed a similar kind of making on my male PC when I tried it out.

Yeah it happens every time I enter a new cell or engage in sex. Its annoying. Hope he removes the effect in the future if that's the cause. I only use Dongs since I couldn't get a woody with FP for some reason anymore.

Is it a persistent effect for you?  Frankly the only time I saw was when creating a new character.  If flashed briefly on Nate, then disappeared (similar to the flashing when modifying face areas through Looksmenu).  I didn't test too far into it so I haven't actually seen it while playing.  Frankly I'd only make the flash when hitting the home key - to me it doesn't seem necessary to flash it on cell change or at the start of sex.

 

Just to note, the combination of Leito's, Four_Lei, and the Nudesuit (by Chosen_One) still seems to work for me.  Just make sure they are all up to date.

I too am having this issue, its not game-breaking or anything but it definitely is annoying. I'm experimenting with what causes it and will post my findings because it is only happening on one of my characters and not the rest.

 

Edit: I unchecked the Dong mod and loaded the save. No red glow and saved the game. Quit out, checked the Dong mod and reloaded the save, got the message that Dongs of Fallout installed correctly and best of all - no red glow. Hope this helps you too.
