The argonian from Chorrol is Dar-ma, the daughter of Seed-Neeus, although I can't remember the horses name .

Dar-Ma´s horse is called Blossom,

the Khajiit with the bread is S´Jirra with her famous potato bread, a quest that starts in Faregyl Inn.

 

Those pencil drawings from Japan (?) are exquisitely done! Anybody able to tranlate the text?

I think the toon to the right of Lucian looks like Donkey the Baker. Well, that's how it looks to me.
