Breasts stretching to infinity/glitching has nothing to do with the followers it is caused by using a incorrect skeleton. If you are using LAPF it comes with it's own skeleton and you need to re install LAPF to fix the problem. There is also growlfs skeleton on the nexus. It is *always* a good idea when you unzip a mod is to look at what files are in it as some clothing/armors and other things come with a skeleton and you need to remove those to prevent them from overwriting your skeleton.
