Yeah that definitely is from immersive weapons, the guy is wearing armor from immersive armors too.

Yeah I found it in game it's http://tes-mods.wikia.com/wiki/Tombstone_Ceremonial_Greatsword but the shape is different, original is from here I guess http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24641/? but if you look at the pictures here, the shape is different original is more like typical big 2handed sword while in my screen it's longer, thinner and sharper, and before someone asks I do have "LeanWolf's Better-Shaped Weapons" mod but it doesn't affect weapons from immersive weapon, so I have no idea.
