SAC Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Hi, After using CK successfully for months, it suddenly hangs while loading any esp. I tried loading just fallout4.esm, it just hangs after "finished validating forms". The CPU usage hovers around 30%. Tried validating Fallout through Steam, uninstalling and reinstalling CK - no joy. Everything validates, but CK hangs. Attached a screenshot. No idea what to do next? Thanks!

Unpacking the ba2´s causes the CK to load really slow or just get stuck.
SAC Posted June 18, 2017 Author Posted June 18, 2017 I haven't unpacked the BA2s into the data folder, some of them are unpacked, but into a different location. It seems that something in my \meshes\actor folder is blocking CK, because CK loads just fine if I remove that particular folder. I'm still trying to figure out what exactly, from that folder, is causing this, and why. I could try to mod by loading CK without that folder, and putting it back after I'm done loading CK, but it may screw up my animation subgraph, or something else. What's truly bizarre is that I haven't changed anything in that folder for ages, as far as I know. Unless it's about the Four-Play framework, which I think I've updated yesterday, not sure. Still trying to figure it out.
SAC Posted June 18, 2017 Author Posted June 18, 2017 Update: it's very strange It doesn't matter what I have in \meshes\actors. If the folder is present, even if it's empty, CK hangs. If the folder is absent, CK loads fine. At this point, I'm stumped.
