I havnt played NV for awhile now and when I got back with a fresh install I realized I no longer recognized all the sexout stuff anymore. Reguardless I installed with the instructions and was doing great untill i ran across a NPC with a missing body due to this strange outfit I honestly have no clue whats on her or were it came from. I want to say it happened after i installed the maternity cloths but I have installed other clothing mods. My question is. Is there a way to use GECK or something to trace this clothing back to its mod? Or some other method so i can remove or fix this annoying clothing? Ark of Truth Posted July 21, 2012 Share Posted July 21, 2012 It's most likely a mesh, texture or skeleton issue from body changing mod being incompatible with the clothing mod. Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas share the same technical support section due to Fallout 3 being hardly played anymore these days. Link to comment
gregathit Posted July 21, 2012 Share Posted July 21, 2012 Well, if the outfit to which you are referring is the wasteland settler outfit OW then the OW should be a clue that it likely is an Old World Blues outfit so start looking in all the plugins that contain clothing for it. Like: Type3MClothing_OWB.esp for starters. FNVEdit can also help you track this down if the above fails. Link to comment

I did install the Type3MClothing_OWB.esp cloths so I will dive into that a bit to see if i can find why im missing meshes. Link to comment

I found the cloths through GECK (FNVedit showed Bouncing Natural Breast and Type3mclothing as the .esp's messing with her inv ) it was one of the type3m but it wasnt in the OWB esp. go figure, so no idea why it says OW at the end. Oddly enough I killed Old lady gibson and tried her clothes on and they work fine on me. So, Im guessing its something to do with Old Lady Gibsons body type? Link to comment
gregathit Posted July 22, 2012 Share Posted July 22, 2012 It could be that body by race is messing things up. Did you try giving the outfit to female companion or another female npc that is the same race/age you are? Remember that body by race has different sets of clothes for different races/ages so it could be that the mesh is either bad or improperly specified in the esp or bad texture paths. Also (and this is critical) which plugin is lower in your load order that messed with her inventory? Remember that in cases of conflict the lowest plugin "wins". Link to comment

As much as I would like to solve this I want to play more XD so im just going to uninstall and reinstall the game and be much much much more careful with BnB. (Some reason also I cant DL Body by race properly anymore so perhaps i always had a corrupted version and just didnt know it) Thanks for all the help ^^ Link to comment

I attempted to mix things up by using what i liked from each one. in my case it was the bnb armor replacer and the t6m armor replacer. Removing the bnb armor replacer esp, rebuilding my load order and reverting to a clean save fixed this issue. I dont know if that will help you out though as you seem to have a lot of mods that i do not know. Link to comment

After reinstalling type 3 body I got the armor to show but had purple bodies so I was stumped again till I re-read all the posts here and saw yours I disabled some random mods along with 3 of the BnB armors and sure enough everything is working now. Once again the strangest little things conflict in the biggest ways XD. Thanks for everyones time and help =) Link to comment
