Weird shadow bug

Hope I am hoping this is the proper place to post this because I really need some help. Long story short is my wireless router broke so I can't look for help via pc so I'm using my cell to post on here but I'm playing skyrim and I have a shadow bug I have never encountered. I've searched online forever and can't find any solution. Does anyone know what's causing this? I hope I can fix it without needing to download anything since I cannot do that until my new router arrives. I did take a photo of my pic screen to show y'all what's going on. Really hope someone can help D:

Have you installed a ENB recently? If so check and see if that is causing it. Might be a graphic card problem not sure. You could try making copies of your skyrim.ini file and skyrimpref.ini file and then deleting them and then start the game normally without launching through SKSE. When you do this when the games load screen pops up it'll remake those .ini files and you'll be able to go into your game normally after closing the game load screen and starting your game through SKSE if you use mods that require it.
