I've run into two severe problems in trying to use Osex/OSA

Firstly if I press numpad enter to bring up the menu on an old save I hear the sound it usually makes then after a bit the game crashes, if I bring up a clean save and press the button to bring up the menu it comes up but when I try to start a scene both characters stay exactly still where they were originally standing and absolutely nothing changes, not even the menu.
