[REQ] Elysium (2013 movie) Chemrail

Hi, I don't know how many people in this community have seen the 2013 sci-fi film "Elysium" featuring Matt Damon, but for those of you who have, I think I speak for you on this one when I ask this.

 

Time to cut to the chase, if you guys remember the scenes with the all-powerful Chemrail, then you will know that this NEEDS to be a weapon in Fallout 4... A light weight, fully automatic, ass-kicking, freaking railgun all packed into an assault rifle design!

 

For those of you wonderful modders who might be willing to tackle this challenge, I on behalf of everyone who wants this, give you our unending gratitude!
