Hi, im looking for mods that add this kind of cloak, (i have cloak of skyrim and WIC and none of then has it..)

something epic like that, hope you can help me

There used to be a wonderful cloak like that for Oblivion; it was included in the Dark Brotherhood overhaul and, iirc, came from that mod offering clothes and an undead race.

Perhaps you could dig that up and ask someone to convert it? Converting it shouldn't be difficult at all, although adding physics would be harder.

At least three of the mods you linked didn't offer any cloak at all, just armor or a playable race. Why would he offer thanks when you didn't actually respond to his request?

@OP? This Oblivion mod has the perfect cloak: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/20098/

You could probably get someone to convert it, easily. Just download the mod, pull out the mesh and texture of the cloak, and upload them in a seperate request thread.
