You might have another mod thats causing a conflict, my suggestion is to cut and paste half of your CC folder somewhere else, play the game, if it shows up, remove another half. Keep doing so til you no longer get the error message, then you know the broken CC was in the last clump of files. Slowly add them back a few at a time and when the error appears, you can narrow it down to the right one. Since there was a large change to Child and Teen behavior, chances are its a mod that changes those files. I found mine that caused it, was a no school for child and teens mod.
