Yes you can use this Motherboard for DDR4 with 3000MHz. 

Also the CPU support DDR4 BUT max with 2400MHz. They might work but dont have to.

 

Give it a try or buy one with max only 2400Mhz.

Yup it will work, and the Hero will be able to use the full 3000MHz bandwidth. Worst case you'll have to use the memOK button provided to get the computer started up.

 

I might suggest something more workmanlike and with less Lulz, but to each their own.
