So I know Egg Factory allows it, but I was hoping for something similar to Beeing Female. Even if it's an add-on to that.

SAM and SOS have mods for body nodes on the belly now to let it expand, so it's possible now. It's something I really really would love to see.

Something we can with male/male or Futa/male would be awesome! Even DomFem/Male would be cool.

Body node scaling is a script function, so dig into Papyrus scripting on Creation kit wiki. Egg Factory has sources included, take them apart to see how it all works. If it's all gibberish to you, look for online courses in programming fundamentals.
