I am searching for this dress found a unp but no cbbe conversion tries to see in the conversion topic v1 v2 v3 but i didnt find it

 

 

It is called Fancy dress

I can not say much about that, Important is only, in the data folder must a meshes and texture folder be contain.

I know I'm really late, but maybe I can help somebody with my answer: you must install both archives, overwrite the original files with the CBBE HDT files if asked. If you use some mod manager like MO2, you can install them separately or first the UNP, then overwrite (merge) the CBBE version with it.
