Guest Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Simple, what ENB mod for Skyrim do you use or you think looks the best? My choice is Sharpshooter's ENB.
gaz770 Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Was using Performance and Quality ENB (still make awesome color effect) I dropped it I had some wired ''shading'' bugs with trees. Also I gain so much FPS without an ENB. But still looking for a decent one -Minimal blurry -Colorful -Doesn't focus on character
shedidwhat Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 same, sharpshooters but I edited enbseries.ini to disable all blur EnableDepthOfField=false
galhound Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Sharpshooter's ENB was osm, but after trying Jasmin Real Cinema ENB i liked it more for the cinematic feel.
sbire Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 i use; RCRN 2.1 (Legacy custom_config by me) RCRN v3 HDR - Realistic Colors and Real Nights by aLaaa http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1875 _OLD version_v21HDR_Realistic Colors and Real Nights UNIVERSAL AUTOINSTALLER i've tested version 3, but i doesn't like the new lightning. for screenshots with heavy unplayable DoF effects, i use DYNAVISION - Dynamic Depth of Field by Gopher and MyGoodEye http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12525
alako Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 I use sharpshooters for quite a while, then I found Vibrant ENB.
Seren Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 I've been using Superb ENB-RL for a while now. It looks pretty good.
stanleemojo Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 I just deleted 9gb of mods, including ENB configs. The only ones I kept: Jasmin v4_6 real graphic and Valhallnilla. Adding a blursharpshift effect to the Valhallnilla settings, using enb 1.13 with bloom and post-process enabled then adding a proxy for FXAA settings, makes the game look incredibly natural.
nanogenesis Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 I just started using Vibrant ENB, was using Skyrim Enhanced FX Shaders before, with FXAA injector, compared to that SMAA of Vibrant ENB seems so good, and those evenings with orange look awesome.
jdods13 Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 I am currently using vibrant ENB as well and I like the Guild Wars feel I get from Vibrant ENB. Was amazing last night when I was fighting a Blood Dragon at night with the minty lightening mod sending actual lightning crackling through the sky during a storm, the whole sky would light up! The colors def pop out with the Vibrant ENB mod so i'd have to say that is my pick and i'm probably just going to stick with it. There are just way to many ENB configurations out there haha so might as well stay with the one that works for me.
Mana Yakushima Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 My choice? My own lol. Looks okay atm. Trying to figure out why the sky is so dark in the daytime though.
gehrwing Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 I split my graphics enhancement between Realistic Lighting with Customization and ENB v0.114 using the stripped down configuration provided by Enhanced Vanilla ENB. The lighting tweaks are provided by the in-game engine via RLWC while improved shadows, depth of field and parallax mapping support are provided by ENB v0.114. I find that this combination provides relatively good visuals that are better than vanilla but not as GPU intensive as with a full blown ENB set-up. However, I've recently installed Vibrant ENB using the default configuration. At first I thought I wouldn't like the highly saturated look provided by Vibrant ENB. But after using it for a while, I find that the lush, saturated colours combined with the all the additional ENB filtering provides a very other-worldly fantasy vibe that has really grown on me.
tomfoolery Posted July 22, 2012 Posted July 22, 2012 BPENB Makes it look nice, and doesn't slow your system down too much. I also edited it a bit so nights are a bit brighter. Or bright enough so I can actually see and do stuff at night.
lillim Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Climates of Tamriel, and Vibrant ENB with a few minor tweaks makes for some nice results if you have the system to handle it.
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 "Vandr Delicate". Good, performance-friendly v108 profile. Doesn't seem to be available for download anymore, for some reason...
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Something just occurred to me... Is thewre a good, beginner-friendly tutorial on how to make your OWN ENB setting? Reason being - I'm still using a v108 setting because I can't seem to find a v113 which doesn't try to slice 10-15fps off the top of my performance.
SummGai Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 Yeah i wonder if there is one, cause right now my enb is using a mix up of vibrant enb, filmic enb and trusttrust's enb, and id rather try and experiment around insteasd of dealing with 3 different files
nanogenesis Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I think there was an ENB configurator on Shanoshin's Beauty Pack (apologies if I got the name wrong). You could try starting there
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I think there was an ENB configurator on Shanoshin's Beauty Pack (apologies if I got the name wrong). You could try starting there Good point. No idea about the Sanoshin mods - but the configuratorer rang a bell! "ENB Customiser" plus "Guide to ENB Series Mods" might do the trick.
nanogenesis Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 well one thing I want to say, people post your graphic settings (skyrimprefs.ini) + enb settings if you have an awesome ENB, because for some reason I see a LOT of aliasing on my Vibrant ENB, whereas the ones posted on Vibrant ENB have NO aliasing of any sort. And the shadows were glitched beyond hope and the only thing that fixed them was shifting the Ambient Occlusion in nvidiaInspector to performance mode. So people, if you have the time, just do mention how you got your ENB to look awesome, I'm sure others will find it very helpful.
Soulslayerzx Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Sharpshooters, one of the unique ones with the most saturated colors.
