I ve updated only sim as i don't have th eother one but still got the issue this mod is the only one creating that kind of problem to be honest i'm gonna continue to check for script files that are outdated, and i will look further but i'll  stop using it if i can't find why it's doing that to my game

Taking one mod out or dropping this mod in to the folder already filled with mods will never lead you to the problem. You have to take them all out and drop them in to a back  up folder. That way you can start to do a process of elimination without losing your mods. Obviously removing all mods dated before aug 20th 2025 will be where you want to start. If this mod works for one player, it works for all players. As long as your game is updated.

Hey good evening!  Looks like after the recent update, this mod stopped working (for me). The typical issue we've been seeing lately with script mods where it spits you out into world selection and never lets you actually play the game.

 

Quite a few mods installed but I was able to "process of elimination" by enabling mods in batches and narrowing it down. Game works fine with all mods enabled but this one, sadly. I am not using any of the mods people referenced being incompatible either...

Finding the broken mod or mod(s) can be tricky business. I got in to mod trouble years ago and it forced me to categorize the mods I have. So I put all clothing mods in a folder and I put all objects in it's own folder. Cosmetics, body, traits. I separated them all. That left me with one last category. Mods. In this folder went any mod that just changes the game. Like the Perverted Expansion Pack does. Ever since I did that, every time there is an update that created problems for me, I found the problem inside the mods/mods folder. And it kept things simple for me because it eliminated 90% of the mods I have to filter through. It was never clothes or cosmetics or body parts. It was always one of the game changing/addition mods. Now, unfortunately, taking the Perverted Expansion Pack out, and the problem goes away, doesn't necessarily prove its the PEP that's the problem. The additions of the PEP triggers the error in the obsolete mod. Now the error you are mentioning is a very specific error that showed up with the AUG 19th 2025 update. It broke many mods. I have been telling people it's one of the mods that comes with a TS4SCRIPT file associated with the package. (But maybe I'm wrong with that. Maybe it can be a package file mod that can cause that) That all being said, if I were you, I would move ALL mods to a backup folder that are dated before AUG 19. As you load the game to test, don't save. These are just tests. I bet that if you take all mods dated before that it will load the game properly. (as long as your game is updated)

how do i get rid of the kiss marks on a sim after they've been pulled into a bush? its been several hours in game and my sim was showered/bathed multiple times, applied facial cleanser, changed outfits and they still have the smeared lipstick overlay on their lips. idk what else to do at this point

Normally a simple shower or bath cleans them off. The shower (or bath) needs to last longer than 10 sim mins. (I say that because I've hopped in the shower when the sims hygiene was still high and it was so quick the lipstick remained) The lipstick also fades on its own after 24 hrs

I found the problem. Unfortunately, I can't say exactly which file was the culprit. I removed all the Bar CCs, and after that, I had no more problems.

 

It might be interesting for everyone else to know that CCs can also cause problems for a mod. I was aware of this, but searching for the culprit in this combination is time-consuming, especially if you use a lot of CCs like I do. Have fun searching! But as skaard described, the first step is to update everything. These days, I only test the game with current mods and CCs. If it works, I know it's a CC issue. If not, I remove one mod at a time until it works. skaard's mod itself works for me, so the mod is fine. There can also be combination errors, and then things get really tricky. A CC with a completely different mod can affect everything else. I've experienced all of this and spent days searching for the solution.

Can't make the mod works. I tried with testingcheats enabled and disabled, all age for the sims, the XML injector test came back successfull but the pie menu won't show up

did you add the main traits to your sims? Also there's a bunch of trouble shooting tips in the first post in this thread in the install section.

Hi, I'm getting quite a few duplicate interactions, which is really annoying.

In the save file I've attached a screenshot of, there are two instances of "Do your panties and bra match?". On another save file, I even have one interaction three times: "Want to grab a drink with me?"

Hey there! Thank you for this. I could only find these duplicates when playing a female sim who's attracted to female sims so thank you for your picture as it lead me right to it. After checking it out, I was able to find the duplicate, "Do your panties and bra match?" and a duplicate "Tell me about your panties." If you come across, don't hesitate to let me know!

 

However, the, "Will you drink with me?" showing up multiple times is baffling me. I haven't figured out how that's possible but I will keep an eye out for it.

I update between the 2nd and 5th of every month. And if the bugs are reported close to that I can sometimes upload a quick bug fix update but right now I have a mess in the mod so it won't be until the regular monthly one. (2-5 Dec)
