Mods for fresh Skyrim playthrough

So, I need some advices.

What monster and combat mods I must to install for maximum immersion and tense (but fair) combat expiriense?
In last playthrough I used this one, but it have some "bad features", like NPC, that use temporary invulnerability, or spells, that goes through all magic resistances. Well, and some bugs. But in all other cases this mod is pretty good. Can someone point me to a similar mod, but without this bad features?
And for other, non-combat side - what is the best looking NPC overhaul mods - for males, females and childrens?

 

Of course, this is all a matter of taste. But I would like to listen as many opinions as possible.

For combat I suggest you to install Violens, Perks of Skyrim and Revenge of the Enemies 2016.

u have to install action combat mod and also tk dodge. those are 2 must have combat mods.

I use a combination of ultimate combat+dark souls combat+tk hit stop and tk dodge.
