[IDEA] Build your brothel

Here is an idea for mod which is like a combo of slavery, brothel and hearthfire mods with a questline.

It is started when you meet a quirky guy, maybe, you saved him from some trap or dungeon. He is grateful to you and he has ambitious business plan in which you supposed to be a partner. He dreams to build a brothel. He knows some abandoned building near big city and he just need some money to buy it. When he and you owned a building he will live there and ask you for other investments to add bar, pool, furniture, including zaz items etc. Maybe you could craft it all like in hearthfire homes but it will be simpler to give him money. Then he will ask you to find 2-3 mistresses which living in different cities of Skyrim and persuade them to move to your new brothel. The next stage is to fill brothel with staff for any taste. Your partner will ask you to find a new employees which corresponds to some parameters, for example, "imperial girl with curvy form" or "strong redguard man". You could try to persuade some NPCs for this, but only few will agree. So, you will need to search and enslave (with Paradise Halls) appropriate victim in any place of Skyrim, it could be any random bandit, vampire etc which suites the request. Brothel will have training area (like Home Sweet Home house cell) where slaves will be sex trained for the work by mistresses and you can observe it if you wish. Trained prostitutes will start to serve customers and your partner will share income with you. When all positions in brothel are filled you could continue with radiant quests to catch slaves, bring to trainers and then sell trained slaves on auction in the brothel.
