what skin texture and hair is this?

Since im at a loss as to how to even contact teh people behind skyrim.jpn.org i've decided to try to sculpt and mimic this face preset myself:

 

 

If you can, can you identify possibly what skin texture, hair mod, or any other eye/eyebrow mods that this character may be using. cuz man, if i could successfully make this character in racemenu it will be the end all be all of all my skyrim searches for the rest of eternity, this is THE character look i've always wanted >.<

yep that's deffinitely fair skin complextion. use the delicate option for normal maps and silky option for specular maps. In race menu you will want to set your skin lightness all the way as light as possible. As for the hair yes that looks like sg hairpack to me too
