Looks nice but seems it's not something coming soon but rather something part of the original code that was later removed before the release,

 

If ts4 had been published with this feature, we wouldn't have the modding freedom that we do now when it comes to cc and script mods I'm assuming,

Also may explain the fact of why a lot of long time simmers find this outing to be a little restricted in comparison to ts3 in terms of open world play
