allsunday Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 I'm trying to find out if there are armor mods that make Player Character's arms invisible or similar. Yes, I'm seriously looking for a mod like this. I'm using immersive 1st person and during Sexlab scenes my player's arms are always clipping into his partner... cuz I like my girls thicc. Understandably, most sexlab animations scenes were designed for skinnier and smaller females. Making my arms invisible would solve this problem because I don't care what my arms look or where they are located. *** I used Creation Kit to add a custom armor with missing meshes in an attempt to make the arms invisible but it only makes the wrist and hands invisible. The whole arm is still there. :-( I think this is might be a lot of work considering the arms are actually attached to the body.nif so in order to make the arms invisible the body will also become invisible, but I don't want my body to be invisible because then my player character's penis would also be invisible.
AnubiSs2167 Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 Why not open racemenu and shrink hands to 0? Or use amputator framework.
Roggvir Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 Maybe simply removing the NIF is not enough, because then the game shows the 1st person arms that are set on the body skin? I'd try replacing the NIF in your armor with an edited file having the 3d shapes removed (but maybe keep everything else whats in it). Or, maybe you didn't correctly set the slots the armor is supposed to replace?

I'm just being honest so don't get offended but I honestly didn't understand a single thing you said below: I'd try replacing the NIF in your armor with an edited file having the 3d shapes removed (but maybe keep everything else whats in it). Or, maybe you didn't correctly set the slots the armor is supposed to replace? Way too general, I'm not that advanced at all. Logic would dictate if I even knew how to edit 3d shapes that I wouldn't be asking this question in the first place.

I meant using NifSkope to edit the the NIF, removing the NiTrishape (or whatever it is) containing the mesh (it's a matter of clicking on the shape to select it, then choosing "remove", and saving the NIF - and using that as the 1st person model in your armor).

How the hell did I get logged onto my brother's account. LMAO. Thanks for the new info, I'll try that.
allsunday Posted May 9, 2017 Author Posted May 9, 2017 Why not open racemenu and shrink hands to 0? Or use amputator framework. Okay, Amputator worked perfectly! It required ZAZAnimationPack which I feel is obsolete today but I can unequip and re-equip my Player Character's arms at will without having to mess with armor slots and Sexlab stripping options if I had created an invisible armor instead. Who knew such a strange mod existed? Thanks a bunch.
