[Solved] Hat and mask shop, possibly jp?

I can't remember what this mod is called. There was a store north of Whiterun where you could buy hats, maybe masks and helmets too.

The hat in the picture is from the mod, but I changed the texture to be white, it was originally a Thalmor robe.

Either it was from the shop mod, called Mad Masker. 

the Mad Masker has been deleted from Nexus,

but its successor mod, Zenithar Workshop (by the same mod author) is now published also in Nexus:

Instead of Whiterun plain, drop in at the shop in the Gray Quarter in Windhelm then.

Thanks guys. It was Mad Masker, I ended up finding it in my backup nexusmods folder. That new one looks pretty great too, thanks.
