Prevent blood splatter from cane impacts?

When you hit someone with the cane from Zaz Animation Pack, it creates blood splatter on ground or walls - how do i stop that from happening?

 

I spent a lot of time in CK, messing with the weapon and its ImpactData, ImpactDataSet, and TextureSet, but i can't figure this out.

 

Could it be a default behaviour based on the damage the weapon does?

...i upped the damage to 50, to make sure the NPC responds with their "on hit" voice lines - could it be that the blood splatter always happens if the damage is high neough to cause the hit response? or if the damage is above certain treshold?
