how to make a transparent cloth?

Hey, everyone
Could i ask about how to make a transparent sexy lingerie

I can use blender make a basic shape
but i have no idea about the pattern and how to make it transparent
should i make 3d detail pattern shape first then bake it to low poly
or just draw a 2d texture？

Typically you use a transparent texture (= having an alpha channel) and adding a NiAlphaProperty to your mesh in nifskope. Unless you want to go super detailed you don't need an actual 3D pattern. Instead you improve the 3D effect of your texture by using a normal map that gives your object illusion of a 3D surface while it's still 2D surface.
