Hey folks, I'm looking for this spear, if anyone can possibly point me in the right direction that'd be fantastic.

Blargh, sorry about that, was seemingly fine on my end. Changed it to an imgur link instead.

 

It looks pretty similar to some of the Iron-type spears those mods have (And I've yet to go through all of Immersive Weapon's stuff) but not exact. Might actually be a double-ended weapon that's just being cut off at the edge too.
