Thanks! Yes, Skyrim needs fewer plastic dolls and more realistic women ;)

While I can't claim to have created these textures or normal maps, I did combine textures and normals from multiple sources and edit them together to get the desired effect, so she is truly a one-off.

No matter what way a plastic doll is sculpted, it remains a doll or in this case, polygonal models. They are all art assets regardless of design.

Of course you're right, but you missed my point entirely. If to you a polygonal model is a polygonal model regardless of design, you should go work for Bethesda with that attitude. :)

Where are these textures from? I would love to use them on a custom follower I'm working on.

Its custom, but the base skin texture is Maevan2's mature skin https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/26017?tab=description

The stretch mark textures are edited versions from Skin Feature Overlays https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20183

The normal maps are merged and edited using assets from Maevan2's mature skin, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/39546, and some manual normal map painting.
