Gags visible in first person

So I'm having this issue where I can partially see any gag I put on my character while in first person, and was wondering how I could remove this.
It started when I tried installing "Immersive First Person View - Sexlab Special" . I ended up not enjoying the mod so I uninstalled it, and this annoying graphical gag oddity was left over for some reason. Even completely uninstalling Skyrim and all my mods (and reinstalling the ones I wanted) didn't fix the problem.
