Took me a while, first I found the follower mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82198/?) then someone in the forums posted a link to the armours.

This is a specific conversion done by Nezzar84, the original one won't give you the same cleavage and body.

Attached a screenie. Is this the same dress? If so it's the Triss Dress DLC from the Withcher 3 armors. I even got the UUNP bodyslide files for it somewhere...
