Reporting last_Exception file for a crash

I believe the root of the crash involves with NPCs spawning in the game, somehow. I am not sure this is exactly it or not, but with my topics posted here:

I thought I could fix the problem myself but the cause I really can't decipher what it's crashing. I've tried multiple different solutions that others have and to no avail..
Hopefully this last-exception file TurboDriver can find the root of it, I'm not sure.
It means something about 'actors', so I am guessing that is the sims, themselves.. I'm really not sure, haha.
Thank you for taking the time to look into this!

I still don't understand why are you playing on the 1.1.2.068.7 version (that's when this exception file is from), I won't fix that one and I am pretty sure the newest version doesn't have this issue.

Any version I download then is apparently 1.1.2.068.7, because I have been thinking I play on the newest version, but I guess I download that one instead? I will try to look more carefully when downloading, but I still seem to get this crash any time no matter what version I seem to download.

Note that this exception file is dated to March 19th which was quite some time ago.

The only explanation for now is that you live back in time and maybe that's why you have an outdated version too somehow.

Just make sure to remove all WW files before installing the new version and once you load the game make sure the purple notification says 2.1.2.095.4.

There's a huge high level hack floating around.  It's way too complicated to go into detail, but it rolls back windows versions to around XP (not visibly) and installs old versions of software which it relabels as a new version.  It's very well done, so i would imagine a lot of pc's are infected without knowing it.  It  messes with my Sims game constantly. Software requires a conversion, so every piece of software that runs is modified.

Don't know if you're aware of this:

I am using the latest version of WW and am still experiencing the same problem. I took care to remove all old versions before downloading the new one, so it's nothing I am doing wrong. There is clearly still a problem.

I am still having this problem as well.. Not sure how TurboDriver can fix this 'hack'.
