Not sure what this mod is supposed to do, is Eihei a follower/character?

Or different textures for females in general?

I'm not an expert in this, but should work:

 

proper file/folder structure: yourModName->data->textures->actors->character->female

Where to find those files from other mods:

for females in general (i think, make a backup if you overwrite stuff): Mod Organizer->mods->yourModName->textures->actors->character->female

for followers: Mod Organizer->mods->yourFollowerModName->textures->actors->character->yourFollowerName (you can check that, go the the actual mod)

Long way, but easy to (un- & re)install later via MO, doesn't overwrite anything for real:

1. unzip the mod

2. create the folders mentioned above in the proper order and with exactly that naming.

3. put the files into the last folder (female or yourFollowerName )

4. zip it again.

5. Install via MO.

 

short way (overwrites for real, make a backup!):

1. find the textures in the mod you want to replace

2. replace them (copy and "yes" if asked if you want to overwrite/replace)

You realize that texture replacers don't require an .esp? WTFFFFFF

Just place the texture files in data/textures/character/female/ and you're good to go.
