I've been looking for this as well.  That mod plus the old "Sweet and Sexy Lingerie Shop" (CBBE) are the only two that have some classic "not overly elaborate" sets that I really like. AFAIK, neither has a UUNP conversion.  You might want to try Nezzar's - which has a UUNP version - as a substitute.
