Download problems NSFW

I'm having this really weird problem where every time I try to download this it downloads as a solitaire game D:
​I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not.
​Attached is just one of the 4-5 mods that have "solitaire" theme
​and then when I click it, it literally opens a game of solitaire... 
​My question is, is anyone else having this problem? T.T If so, did you fix it in any way???

You are using Windows 10 and Edge or IE.

 

Use Chrome or FireFox, and install 7Zip.
