astor Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 I'm using Merge Plugins to merge a bunch of armors into a single *.esp file. I then, run it through TESVEdit to set the footsteps of some shoes to play the sounds from the Heels Sound mod. It works great. However, when i recompile the *.esp to add another mod, the shoes go back to their default sound. My question is thus: How do i keep the sounds from reverting after recompiling the merge?
kassiekagain Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 You have to do the change to the individual armor esps. When you recompile the esp is created from the original mod esps which is why you are losing your edits.
