No Idea What I'm Doing

Wanted to install this body and its not able to be downloaded on NMM so I'm lost, can I get some help sorry if I'm on the wrong section of the forums.

Instead of opening a new topic, go back to the mod you downloaded and there is a button off to the right that says "support thread".  Click it and post your question in that thread.
