That right there is a memory issue. Find ways to reduce anything that can suck up your memory and shut off anything that isn't needed while playing the game.

I am using the Quality enb preset (Somber 3). would switching to the performance preset help? Do you see any mods I can disable that will help also? Here is my enb local memory settings not sure if it is set correctly.

Win 10 GTX 970 4gb 8 gigs of ram

[MEMORY]
ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true
DisableDriverMemoryManager=false
DisablePreloadToVRAM=false
EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false
ReservedMemorySizeMb=512
VideoMemorySizeMb=3714
EnableCompression=false
AutodetectVideoMemorySize=false

And thank you for your help.

A few things pop out at me.

1) I don't see where you put your bodyslide output folder.  Where are you sending your bodyfiles exported files to.

2) you have leyenda body collection.  What skin did you export to your all in one 3d animated fun fun folder... make sure it is uunp compatible.  Also.. if you use demoniac or leyenda skins,  note that they are 4k Hi-Res skins and will use up a lot of vram.  You should be able to handle  it.. I think..  but if you are having texture glitches.. you may want to run a test without the hires skins and see if it fixes the issue.

3) I also do not see an FNIS output folder.  Did you run fnis for users?  Where did you send those files?

I'm a noob at modding so forgive me if i misunderstand you.

1) I do not have a bodyslide output folder. If i'm not mistaken the bodyslide files are in my overwrite folder.

2) I selected the fair skin 2k textures

3) I don't have a FNIS output folder either but I did run FNIS for users i believe the files were sent to the overwrite folder as well.

Here is a screenshot of the overwrite folder

Should I right click the overwrite and select create mod?

You probably do not want to leave things in your overwrite folder.   Can lead to some problems down the line.

Usually you want to right click it and CREATE MOD.. then create a name for it that you will remember as your output files.

Be sure to enable that.      This is not necessarily related to your current issue, but just some advice.

ETA:  You'll want to run bodyslide after you have a folder to export to and make sure the proper files go into either your output folder.. or a new one specifically made for you for bodyslide files.   View a few tutorials for using this with mod organizer as it is a little bit more complex than just clicking build.   You need to CTRL Click to send the files to the custom folders.

Still can't figure out how to fix the issue. I've been playing for the past day and i switched the enb to True Vision which seemed to help for awhile. until I loaded a save and lydia had the same issue as the posted pictures. It fixed itself (sorta) When I went into a building her skin texture was fine I left the building and it was still ok. But that isn't fixing the source of the issue. There is nothing running in the background I also tried setting the AutodetectVideoMemorySize value to true. Perhaps I am not installing All In One correctly or i a missing an important setting while installing? any more tips would be helpful.

Not sure if this will help any but here is a look at me enblocal.

Thanks

Edit: Almost positive I fixed it after tweaking my enblocal.
