Most if not all of the death prevention do have that option but it will be up to you to have female NPCs available to beat your male PC in combat. Some of the slavery mods could work as well but with the same "need a female NPC" caveat. SexLab Defeat The problem is with animations though. Some are two person and others are three with a Dominate female and a bound male usually servicing a female
